A recent global study among 12,000 women in 22 country by the Boston Consultant Group (BCG) shows that women world-wide face similar problems. The book Women Want More, describing what it calls the 'female economy' also suggest that companies who understand those challenges are able to tap into an enourmous market. "Women control half the wealth in the US," the book says, and their share in the economy is raising globally.

Time is lacking for most of the women as the major challenge, followed by too many conflicting priorities and not enough time for herself.
