Czech Republic -Pay rise for civil servants -February 03, 2014

The Government announced on 2 February that all civil servants will receive a pay rise of 2% in 2014. Budget has also been reserved to raise salaries of police officers as well as to create new posts in the police force. Despite announcements, it remains unclear whether the funds to strengthen the police force will be available in this year’s budget.
