Estonia -Trade Union Confederation calls to abandon low-wage industry -February 04, 2014

In a televised interview, the head of the Trade Union Confederation said Estonia needs strong wage growth and should abandon low wage sectors. The union head said wages are so low that it does not pay to work. The union observes that companies are run as in 1994 and remarks that the country should get used to not being a low wage country anymore.
