Jan 22, 2015 - A two-day strike planned by ground handling workers at some airports in the run up to Christmas Day has been suspended. The Unite members will be balloted after a new pay offer was made.

A two-day strike planned by ground handling workers at some airports in the run up to Christmas Day has been suspended. Members of the Unite trade union working for the firm dnata - one of Heathrow’s biggest cargo handlers and one of the biggest ground handlers across Heathrow, Manchester and Gatwick airports - had been due to walk out. The Unite members will be balloted after a new pay offer was made.
