The monthly overview of contractual hourly wages shows that, at the end of September 2015, the coverage rate (share of national collective agreements in force for the wage setting) was 62.0% in terms of employees and 59.0% in terms of the total amount of wages. In September 2015 the hourly index was unchanged while the per employee index increased by 0.1% from August 2015. Compared with September 2014 the hourly index and the per employee index increased by 1.2%. During the period January-September 2015, both indices rose by 1.1% compared to the same period in 2014.
