Is there a separate legislation relating to minimum wages in Azerbaijan?
No. But minimum wage in the Azerbaijan is regulated by Art. 155 of the Labour Code. The minimum wage in Azerbaijan is the lowest level of monthly wages for unskilled labour and services, taking into account economic and social conditions. The current minimum wage is 105 AZN. It was updated and set by the Presidential Decree since September 2013.
